Travis Cuvelier & Make a Wish

While Travis was undergoing treatment for ALL he and his family were granted  wish from he make a wish foundation. Travis Cuvelier and his family took a trip to Disney World in Orlando Florida.

Disney World  is the most granted wish by the make-a-wish organization and was the wish of Travis Cuvelier. Founded in 1980, with David A. Williams Travis Cuvelier Make a Wishas the president, the Make a wish foundation was created to help children between the ages of 3-7 have their wishes come true. But they are specific on children with serious health conditions. Most times what the children want are a trip to Disney World and that is why over 40% of wishes granted by the organisation is for trips to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. All wish expenses are fully covered by Make-A-Wish. Wishes are arranged and paid for by Make-A-Wish with no out-of-pocket expenses for the wish family.

Many of the wishes received and granted by this foundation involve travelling. In fact more than half of the granted wishes for children are trips and as you can imagine trips to Disney World tops the list. For most children, Disney world has it all, everything that a kid can possibly want or fantasize about. You name it, is it Travis Cuvelier Make a Wish DisneyMickey Mouse,  animals, plus there is the undeniable Disney magic. The Disney international package given to these children usually  includes a week-long activities for the complete family at a unique lodge called give kids the world village. There is transportation, spending cash, and admission to Walt Disney World, you have access to the four parks of Walt Disney World.

To qualify Travis Cuvelier had to be referred by his physician treating him.  It is the child’s physician that will give the final approval or proof needed for the child to be accepted. The child can also make a wish to the organisation by using the inquiry form online or using the contact page on their website.

Travis Cuvelier and his family had a great experience and are grateful for all that the Make a Wish foundation does for other families going through difficult situations.
